概述 （General）
本公司的PVG織物整芯阻燃輸送帶采用國內(nèi) 技術(shù)，按照MT914-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計生產(chǎn)。
PVG覅特resistant solid woven conveyor beot beot supplied by Shanxi is produced with advanced technology introduced from England. Its design and production are procwssed in accordance with standard MT914-2008.The product quality achieves the international advanced standard.
2 結(jié)構(gòu)（Stucture）
本產(chǎn)品采用化纖與棉編織的整體帶芯做骨架，經(jīng)PVG糊浸漬，貼橡膠覆蓋層，硫化而成
The product consists of woven fabric dipped in PVG paste and rubber covers which are combined together by vulcanizing.
3 用途 （Application）
供煤礦井下及其它要求阻燃靜電的場合輸送物料
For conveying materials in underground coalmines and under other conditiond where fire resistant and antistatic properties are required.

7主要安全性能(Main safety propertied)
（1）表面電阻值：≤3x108Ω
（2） 滾筒摩擦性能:滾筒表面溫度≤325℃,并要求不出現(xiàn)有焰燃燒或無焰燃燒。
（3）酒精噴燈燃燒性能:
具有覆蓋層的試件:平均值≤3.0S 單值≤10.0S
剝?nèi)ジ采w層的試件:平均值≤5.0S 單值≤15.0S
（4）巷道丙烷燃燒性能：未燃燒保留長度>250mm
(5)高能量巷道丙烷燃燒試驗(yàn)：完全度無損壞長度段>2250mm
8 運(yùn)輸和貯存（Transportation and storage）
a. 本產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸和貯存中應(yīng)保持清潔，避免陽光直射、雨雪浸淋；紡織與酸、堿、油類、增塑劑等影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的物質(zhì)接觸，并距離熱源1米以外；貯存環(huán)境溫度保持在0~35℃之間、相對濕度在20~70℃之間為宜；且應(yīng)成卷放置、不得折疊，每季度翻動一次。
b.本產(chǎn)品的搬運(yùn)宜采用叉車，在搬運(yùn)時注意不得將帶子外圈損傷；無搬運(yùn)機(jī)械，地面平整不至于損傷帶子時亦可以滾動搬運(yùn)；吊裝搬運(yùn)時推薦按圖1進(jìn)行，符合條件（使用具有足夠強(qiáng)度的織物繩索）時也可以按圖2進(jìn)行，但不得出現(xiàn)圖3所示的操作。
a .The prodct should be kept from sun irradiation .snow or rain and preveted from touching with acid,alkali,oil,plasticizer or other materials that would influence its quality.Kept at least 1meter away from heat sources .The storing tempe ratute should be keep within0~35℃,and the telative moisture with 20~70℃.Theproduct should be stored in reels and turned over once every quarter.Dont fold it.
b.Use fork truck for transiting.;Be careful not to damage the outer circle of the belts .when transiting machines.The method show in figure 1 is recommended when transit the belts by suspending them. The method in figure 2 is also acceptable(when the used fabric rope is strong enough )and operation show in figure 3 must be avoided.-
